Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000.
A Rs. 200 Cash on Delivery (COD) fee applies to orders below Rs. 5,000.
Delivery time: 3–5 working days.
All parcels are shipped through registered courier companies only.
Customers are required to make payment before receiving the parcel due to security protocols.
If a parcel appears opened or damaged, customers should refuse delivery immediately.

Frequently asked questions

We offer easy exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and invoice slips intact. Products showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for exchange.

We offer flat-rate shipping across Pakistan. Orders below PKR 5,000 are charged PKR 200, while orders of PKR 5,000 and above qualify for free shipping.

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. During sales or peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer.
